We negotiate sponsorships using premium market parameters. For YouTube, we target integrations at a baseline $85 CPM (Cost Per Thousand views). For TikTok and Instagram, we target similar returns of $45 CPM and $65 CPM respectively, adjusting for category vertical, engagement rates, and custom retainer structures. If your content has exceptionally high conversions, we can command even higher premiums.

Prior to presenting your channel or profiles to any brand sponsor, we enter a mutual representation agreement with you. Our brand contracts also contain explicit non-circumvention clauses. If a brand attempts to bypass the agency after we facilitate the introduction, they face legal liability and violation of the campaign agreement.

Then you owe us $0. We carry 100% of the operational risk, outbound email infrastructure setup, and domain management expenses. If we don’t close campaigns and bring money into your account, we don't get paid.

In contrast, digital managers and media buyers procure promotional brand integrations and licensing deals for digital creators as independent marketing contractors, which does not require theatrical agent licensing.
